Valence Private is integrated health management: everything in Performance, plus a retained physician, full quarterly diagnostics, and integrated physician-and-advisor reviews — clinical findings drive the plan. If you want one person accountable for your performance plan, choose Performance; if you want an advisor and physician managing the full picture together, apply for Private.

Performance ($3,999/yr) includes the annual Performance Physical (DEXA, VO₂max, RMR, bloodwork, and results review), a named Performance Advisor, initial 90-day priorities and roadmap, an individualized exercise program with ongoing management, monthly accountability check-ins, three quarterly performance reviews, additional targeted diagnostics during the year, and progress tracking with plan adjustments. Private ($9,999/yr) includes everything in Performance plus a retained physician relationship, full quarterly diagnostics, integrated quarterly physician-and-performance reviews, 24/7 physician access, prescriptions and refills, medication and supplement oversight, care coordination, ongoing laboratory interpretation, and closed-loop follow-through.

Activation is how your first year begins. For Performance, the first-year investment is $5,999, which includes the one-time Performance Physical & Plan Activation — full diagnostics, a diagnostic review, your Performance Advisor assignment, initial 90-day priorities, a personalized exercise program, and a plan-activation meeting — with the membership renewing at $3,999 annually. For Private, activation is the $3,000 one-time Private Health Strategy & Care Activation — a $12,999 first-year investment with the $9,999 annual membership — which additionally stands up your retained physician relationship and integrated care plan.

No. Recurring private and semi-private training are not included in either membership and are optional add-ons. Every member receives plan ownership and professional management; members who want hands-on training may add semi-private or private coaching at the cadence that fits their goals.

There are two clear buckets. Valence’s own services are performance, wellness, coaching, and testing — they are educational and are not medical diagnosis or treatment. Medical services within Valence Private are provided by independent, licensed physicians. In both cases, we encourage you to share your results with your own healthcare provider.

Within Valence Private, Direct access to your physician by phone and secure message, any hour, with a defined response standard. Valence Private is not emergency or acute care. For emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Valence Private is application-based, not an instant checkout. You submit a short application, it’s reviewed personally, and we follow up with a conversation to make sure the fit is right before membership begins.
