We are not providing medical diagnosis or treatment, and we encourage you to share your results with your healthcare provider.

The Performance Physical ($1,075) is your complete baseline: a DEXA body-composition scan, comprehensive blood work, and a VO₂max test, plus a consolidated Valence Report and a results readout with the team.

Preparation guidance — including anything related to fasting or timing for blood work — is confirmed with you by the Valence clinical team when you book, so it’s right for your specific assessment. We’ll send clear instructions ahead of your visit.

Your Valence Report consolidates every measurement into one clear document, and the team walks you through it in a readout. Interpretation of specific results is set with and confirmed by the Valence clinical team — we don’t publish reference ranges or diagnostic thresholds online.

The $3,499/yr Longevity Membership includes two full testing rounds per year, full access to the Valence team as your provider, and ten free visits toward personal training or physical therapy. Concierge Medicine (by inquiry) is the premium tier — the Longevity Membership plus concierge medicine with our independent, licensed physician partners.
