Your Performance Advisor turns the data into direction: initial 90-day priorities, a personalized exercise program, and a roadmap with a measurement plan. In Valence Private, your retained physician shapes the plan alongside your advisor, so clinical findings drive it from day one.

This is where most health plans die — and where the membership earns its keep. Monthly accountability check-ins with your Performance Advisor keep the plan moving through real life: travel, work, setbacks, and all.

Review
Quarterly reviews step back from the week-to-week: what moved, what didn’t, and what the next 90 days should prioritize. Private members get integrated physician-and-advisor reviews built around full quarterly diagnostics.

Reassess
The year closes with a full retest against your own baseline. Measured change replaces guesswork, and the next year’s plan starts sharper than the last — the loop compounds.

Medical services within Valence Private are provided by independent, licensed physicians. We’ll always encourage you to share your results with your own healthcare provider.
